Fibromyalgia

A chronic condition marked by widespread musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, sleep disruption, and cognitive symptoms — often treated symptomatically rather than at the root.

Recognizing fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia amplifies pain signals, causing patients to experience pain from stimuli that wouldn't ordinarily cause it. Body pain lasting more than three months, GI symptoms similar to IBS, and reduced exercise tolerance are common markers.

Because the cause is not fully understood in conventional medicine, treatment often focuses on symptom management alone.

The Kellman approach

Rather than categorizing symptoms under one diagnosis, Dr. Kellman looks for the underlying cause — frequently inflammation and gut-brain signaling disruption — and builds a protocol addressing that root driver.

Treatment may include targeted anti-inflammatory nutrients, gut microbiome repair, and whole-body red light therapy to stimulate deep healing and reduce pain.

Treat the cause, not just the pain.
